Mike Baldwin a Michigan native, Gabriella Rodriguez, a chick from NY…Quickly after meeting at the C.I.A in Hyde park NY, they realized that amongst many things in common was their love for honest, fun food, and skateboarding; both of which translate multi-culturally and bond diversities.
While tapping into international methods of cooking, equally if not more important is having guests taste the local terroir which truly showcases the identity of the local product here, always having a “field to table” mentality. Gabriella has moved from NY to the Detroit metro area where her and Mike presume slangin pizzas and living out their passion doing events and dinners with the Baldwin Restaurant Group for their mobile eatery Sk8orPie; serving hand-tossed flatbreads and elevated international street food.
